If that address can have an account, a confirmation link is on its way to it. Open it to confirm the address and choose your password. The link works for three days.
This server has no mail relay set up, so the confirmation link was not sent. Your account is there. It cannot be used until you open the link, confirm the address and choose your password. Ask whoever invited you to send your link.
We will mail you a link. It confirms the address and lets you choose the password you will sign in with.
